DACHUG was founded by Antonio D'Acunto and Saskia Huys, combining building, renovation and operational experience with finance, brand and technical depth. Small team, direct lines, full ownership of the result.
Co-founder — building, renovation & operations
Antonio leads the building and renovation side of DACHUG: acquisition, technical concept, construction and everything that has to be true before a guest ever walks in.
He also runs operations, drawing on a strong background in international operations to make sure the project works as a business, not just as a building.
Co-founder — finance, brand & technical
Saskia leads finance, brand and the technical direction of DACHUG: how the project is funded, how it looks and speaks, and how the building systems are engineered for a low-energy, high-comfort result.
She keeps the long-term performance of the building tied to the identity of the place, and makes sure sustainability shows up in the experience as well as in the numbers.
We work with a compact circle of architects, engineers and craftspeople we trust — and we stay involved from the first survey to the day the doors open.
